We recently announced that Resource Development Company, Inc. was no longer accepting business after over 40 years of success. A well-known, Philadelphia-based HR consulting firm started as a family partnership with various unrelated interests. Through acquisitions in Cleveland, OH, and Houston, TX, we became a global force by providing career services worldwide.
After several years of moving forward, we have reached the final crossroad. The remaining services do not represent a marketable entity. We have no tangible assets except for human capital. We have great memories of a successful venture, and our key associates are ready to take independent paths. And we have!
I suspect others could be trying to figure out what to do with their business. Many years ago, I realized that selling the company required putting the buyer in a place to WIN! We’ve done that previously…but not this time. We’ve reached a point where our associates are better off launching on their own – including me.
So, for now, RDC is not accepting business. Contact the following with specific needs! We’re still functioning – just not as RDC!
As you examine your company, remember that there is a next chapter that most likely doesn’t include you. Have you put things in place to face the future? Give this some thought…it’s not an easy task to face!
