Over 30 Years of Business Experience
Mr. Toedtman has over 30 years of business experience with a variety of executive management positions in human resources, manufacturing and general management, having worked at Warner & Swasey, Selas Corporation, and the TI Group plc. Craig is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), former Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessor, Career Management Fellow (CMF), Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW), Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and CERP 3. He received his BA in Economics from Allegheny College and MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

The company publishes special and legal notices for corporations requiring publication in newspapers throughout the United States carrying on the proud tradition of the W. N. Gates Company, founded in 1878.

Dana W. Toedtman
Ms. Toedtman has over 30 years of experience in education, providing resources and current research on best practices to support teaching and learning. Her studies include a BA in English from Allegheny College, followed by graduate studies in Education at The University of Oregon and Certification in Learning Disabilities.
Over 30 Years of Education Experience
Dana held a number of teaching positions prior to joining the faculty of William Penn Charter School in Philadelphia PA. She balanced her work between students, faculty members, and parents to create an awareness of individual learning styles and preferences, so that each student could be nurtured in ways that strengthen learning. Dana has received advanced training in childhood development, brain-based learning, executive function skills, and ADHD coaching.
Volunteer Work, Contributions & Memberships
Dana has been active in the formation and on-going growth and development of Resource Development Company, and has chaired numerous volunteer organizations. She has presented at local and national conferences, faculty meetings, and parent workshops, and has written articles for professional publications. She has been an active member of the International Reading Association, Delaware Valley Reading, Specialists of Schools, CHADD, and International Dyslexia Society.
