All data remains below the 100^ line, indicating that results during the past twelve (12) months are lower than the previous twelve 12) months. The 3:12 index (the leading indicator) has crossed the 12:12 index, which indicates that the tide is turning up. However, there is an apparent downward move of the 3:12 index that is concerning. We will be watching that very closely!
