Established in the early 70’s, the process incorporates ten to fifteen indics influencing opportunities, including BLS New Orders Durable, ISM Purchasing Manager Index (PMI).
Most recent data remains below the 100% line, indicating that results during the past twelve (12) months are lower than the previous twelve 12 months. The 3:12 index (the leading indicator) has crossed the 12:12 index, which indicates that the tide is turning up. However, there is an apparent downward move of the 3:12 index that is concerning.
