So, how does that relate to the Job Search world? In terms of relevance in the world, it doesn’t. But, when it comes to our personal interests, it’s the same. Every Job Search needs a plan. A written, focused plan that will keep you on track to find the right opportunity. When you feel yourself spinning, refer to the plan. Crystallize your purpose, define your strategies, execute the plan, and keep working it. Define yourself; analyze the market and client needs; clarify your role; go for it. If you don’t go, you don’t get!
