It’s the week-end!

This is a great time to take a bit of a break without losing momentum on your Recruiting or your Job Search. Saturday morning is a great time to plan for your next week. As a recruiter, what is the hot job? What are your Monday morning actions to fill the position? Create your plan: source (Retained Search Consultant, Contingency Recruiter, or self-styled recruiting?). Think about executing your plan, including the how’s and when’s and (especially) a calling list to be made on Monday. Prepare for action!

As a Job Seeker, research openings to be in position to make at least 10 calls Monday morning. Identify the opening, find contacts through your network, and be prepared to sell your personal brand.

And, then take a break…enjoy the weekend, and enter next week refreshed and ready to go!
